In this session I will give you the first reason why half boiled egg is more nutritious than hard boiled egg:
PRECIPITATION OF IRON
This can be viewed without the use of any laboratory equipment. And can be done in the kitchen. When an egg is boiled for a long period of time (7-10mins) and allowed to cool, thereafter the egg is cracked, the shell removed. It will be observed that a black colour will be seen sparsely covering the egg yolk. Which indicate that the Iron one of the major micro-nutrient needed for blood formation contained in the egg yolk has been given off.
