The right timing for boiling an egg (Half boiled eggs provides better nutritional benefits than hard boiled eggs….. PART 2)

Hello there! I guess you found my previous post edu-informative? I felt this question running through my mind when I got some comments. If half or soft boiled eggs provides better nutritional benefits, then what is the ideal time to boil an egg?
Although it is relative but in other gain more nutritionally, the timing falls within the range of 4 – 6mins.

  2. Thanks hope you found it useful. Back to your question. Taking raw egg is not healthy and beneficial because the protein “AVIDIN” in raw egg white binds to the vitamin “BIOTIN” and forms a complex which makes it impossible for the small intestines to absorb. Which results in “BIOTIN” deficiencies.
