Half or soft Boiled eggs vs Hard Boiled eggs PART 3

Hi friends! I strongly believe that your gradually taking your stand on the safe and healthy side, I want to close this session with another reason why half or soft boiled egg is the safest.
There are two essential biochemical ingredients found in eggs; biotin and lecithin. The former is a vitamin while the later is an emulsifier (its activity is to help breakdown into small particles fats and oils from our foods to enhance absorption by the small intestine. These wonderful components are given off (also described as denatured ) when exposed to high amount of heat for a long period of time (7-10mins).
But when the egg is soft or half boiled, these biochemical components as well as others that not mentioned here are retained.
